Terms and Condition
General
Payment will be accepted through Google Pay, Paytm or bank transfer.
A 50% deposit is required before starting any project.
The remaining 50% balance is due upon completion of the project.
All fees are negotiable depending on the work and difficulty of the project / task.
All fees are non-refundable.
In the event of project cancellation by the client, the 50% deposit will not be refunded.
If the client fails to make the final payment upon completion of the project, I reserve the right to withhold delivery of the completed work until full payment is received.
Revisions are free within the initial 12 hours following the submission of the paper.
Do note that revisions are done when the fault lies with work or if the project does not meet the necessary instructions as agreed upon initially.
Full payment is required before any access to drafts or final versions of papers or projects will be granted.
Upon the finalizing of the work and payment, the pay would determine the output.
All timely updates would be sent and quick feedback would be appreciated as it would reduce the rework and save time.
Extra charges would be charged for rush assignments and works.
In case of writing work, the turnitin reports would be provided and the charges would be inclusive already.
AI and Plagiarism Reports
AI and Plagiarism reports would be provided once the final draft is confirmed.
While Turnitin reports are given, it's important to note that while the originality of the paper is maintained, Turnitin may generate false positives and inaccurate results—particularly with AI-generated content.
Free revisions wouldn't be given if there were no specific instructions beforehand regarding the required rates for AI and plagiarism reports. In such cases, if clients request revisions based on these reports, additional fees may apply.
Flexibility and Co-ordinance
All the tasks regarding code work, writing or others are needed to be explained thoroughly so there is no mismatch in communication and the deliverables are done at the earliest.
All possible efforts will be made to communicate promptly, there are a number of occasions when I will not be in a position to notify about the cancellation of the task. Pressures of time, technical obstacles, or personal reasons may affect my sending messages on time regarding notification of task status. In such a situation it's requested that you please bear with me as I try to manage the tasks at hand and maintain the quality of service given to all clients.
